If you have a routine court filing or a rush court filing in Santa Barbara, Ventura or anywhere in California, allow our Court Services team to handle your needs. We have a fillable Court Filing Request form under the Place Order Tab. Once that form is filled out, e-mail that to us along with your documents and we will get them filed at the appropriate court. If needed, we will advance court filing fees to complete your request. Your conformed copy will be emailed to you upon completion.
E-FILINGS
Send your documents that need to be filed in court to us electronically through email or our website and your assignment will be processes at your request of standard or RUSH and conformed copies will be electronically sent back to you once completed by the court.
IN PERSON FILINGS
E-mail your documents to us for in person filing for courts that are not on the e-file sytem yet. Upon completion of the filing you will receive your conformed copy e-mail or mail whichever you prefer.
